In Science, we decided to do an experiment to see how long it takes for a bean seed to germinate. The task card said to put cotton wool into a glass jar, put some water on it to make it damp, and to put a bean seed down the side of the jar. Next we had to put it on the window sill so that it could have some warmth from the sun. Henry is our science monitor, and he is going to check and report any changes. He will record these changes on the daily organiser sheet.
