Petra's Mum Plays Electric Guitar

Petra's mum Tracey came and showed us her electric guitar. She played it for us, and Petra chose some of the music she wanted her mum to play. Tracey composes some of her songs. Petra had a turn, and then other children were allowed to have a turn. Wow, that was very exciting. Some children had a turn on the sound board changing how the sound came out. LC1 enjoyed having the chance to have a play on the guitar. Thank you for coming and showing us your guitar, Tracey. Here are some photos.

Yuzuki's P.I.

Yuzuki's personal inquiry was about Japanese Sumo Wrestling. She had found out a lot of facts, including when they ate, and how they spent their training days. We learned that they practise to do the splits, even though they are so big. Yuzuki had lots of photos to show us, a video on Youtube, and a 3D game with origami wrestlers. The inquiry was really interesting, we learned so much about Sumos, and it was fun for some people to play the game.
